У зв’язку з особливостями організації освітнього процесу під час призупинення навчання через карантин у 2019-2020 навчальному році, керуючись постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 11 березня 2020 р. № 211 «Про запобігання поширенню на території України гострої респіраторної хвороби COVID-19, спричиненої коронаврусом SARS-CoV-2» (зі змінами, внесеними 16 та 25 березня, 22 квітня 2020 року), наказом Міністерства освіти і науки України від 16.03.2020 р. № 406 «Про організаційні заходи для запобігання поширенню коронавірусу COVID-19» (зі змінами, внесеними наказом Міністерства освіти і науки України від 26.03.2020 р. № 458), наказом Міністерства освіти і науки України від 30.03.2020 р. № 463 «Про звільнення від проходження атестації учнів, які завершують здобуття початкової та базової загальної середньої освіти у 2019-2020 навчальному році», листами Міністерства освіти і науки України від 06.04.2020 № 1/9-189, від 23.03.2020 р. № 1/9-173 «Щодо організації освітнього процесу в закладах загальної середньої освіти під час карантину», від 31.03.2020 р. № 1/9-182 «Щодо організованого завершення 2019/2020 навчального року та зарахування до закладів загальної середньої освіти», від 16.04.2020 р. № 1/9-213 «Щодо проведення підсумкового оцінювання та організованого завершення 2019-2020 навчального року», згідно наказу управління освіти №313 від 23.04.2020,
НАКАЗУЮ:
- Адміністрації школи 24.04.2020 провести нараду в режимі онлайн з педагогічними працівниками щодо закінчення навчального року.
- Класним керівникам проінформувати батьків та учнів щодо особливостей закінчення 2019-2020 навчального року.
- Для учнів 1-10-х класів завершити 2019-2020 навчальний рік 29 травня 2020 року.
- Бочаровій В.А., заступнику директора з НВР,здійснити контроль за виконанням освітніх програм у 2019-2020 навчальному році.
- Бочаровій В.А., заступнику директора з НВР , укласти графік дистанційних перевірочних робіт та усних опитувань з метою недопущення перевантаження учнів і раціонального використання часу.
- Вчителям-предметникам провести підсумкове річне оцінювання навчальних досягнень учнів, враховуючи результати оцінювання з використанням технологій дистанційного навчання за другий семестр.
- Звільнити у 2019-2020 навчальному році від проходження державної підсумкової атестації учнів, які завершують здобуття початкової та базової загальної середньої освіти
- Завершити оформлення шкільної документації після прийняття Урядом рішення щодо послаблення карантинних обмежень.
- Терещенко Т.М., заступнику з НВР, та класним керівникам випускних класів не організовувати проведення масових заходів із залученням учасників освітнього процесу (останні дзвоники та випускні вечори).
- Здійснити переведення учнів до наступного класу відповідно до «Порядку переведення учнів (вихованців) закладу загальної середньої освіти до наступного класу», затвердженого наказом Міністерства освіти і науки України 14 липня 2015 року № 762 (у редакції наказу Міністерства освіти і науки України від 08 травня 2019 року № 621).
- Здійснити оформлення свідоцтв про здобуття базової середньої освіти, свідоцтв досягнень, табелів навчальних досягнень учнів не пізніше 15 червня 2020 року. Датою вручення свідоцтв про здобуття базової середньої освіти визначити 12 червня 2020 року.
- Бочаровій В.А., заступнику директора з НВР, затвердити графіки видачі випускникам 9-х класів свідоцтв про здобуття базової середньої освіти з урахуванням необхідності дотримання протиепідеміологічних вимог.
- Класним керівникам учнів 1-8, 10 класів, які не планують навчатися в іншому закладі освіти надіслати копії відповідних документів електронною поштою або в інший спосіб, з подальшим врученням оригіналу документа у вересні 2020-2021 навчального року.
- Наумовій О.В. забезпечити участь учнів 11класу, які складають державну підсумкову атестацію у формі зовнішнього незалежного оцінювання відповідно до Календарного плану підготовки та проведення зовнішнього незалежного оцінювання 2020 року зі змінами, внесеними на підставі наказу Міністерства освіти і науки України від 06 квітня 2020 року № 480.
- Бочаровій В.А., заступнику директора з НВР, організувати підсумкове оцінювання учнів, які здобувають освіту за індивідуальною формою (педагогічний патронаж та екстернат) у 2019-2020 навчальному році з використанням технологій дистанційного навчання.
- Розпочати приймання заяв про зарахування до 1-го класу на 2020-2021 навчальний рік після завершення карантину протягом одного місяця та провести зарахування учнів до 1-го числа наступного місяця».
- Бочаровій В.А., заступнику директора з НВР, упродовж серпня здійснити моніторинг стану організації приймання дітей до 1-х класів.
- Контроль за виконанням даного наказу залишаю за собою.
